Quotes and bookings

• Submitting the quote form is a request, not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm availability and pricing and you approve the details.
• Each quote is prepared for the trip you describe. If the date, route, stops, passengers or timing change, the quote may change.
• Availability depends on the date, the hour and the vehicle category, and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Vehicles

Vehicle images on this site are illustrations of categories. The vehicle assigned to your trip is confirmed in your quote and may differ in make and appearance from an illustration.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as early as you can if your plans change. The terms for changes and cancellations that apply to your booking are set out when we confirm it.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate trip details, including flight numbers and contact numbers.
• Tell us about luggage, child seats and accessibility needs in advance so we can plan the right vehicle.
• Follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions during the trip.

Website use

The site is provided for information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate but do not promise it is free of errors or always available. Do not misuse the site or the forms, including sending automated or false requests.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, or from delays caused by events outside our control such as severe weather, road closures or airline schedule changes. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
