What should I include in my quote request?
Send the date, pickup time, pickup address, destination, number of passengers and bags. Add the flight number for airport trips.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply as soon as we can. If your trip is urgent, call +1 647 477 1520.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Asking costs nothing and the form takes no payment.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Each trip differs in distance, hour, stops and waiting time, so a list would mislead. We send one total for your plan.
Can I book for the same day?
Ask us. Whether we can say yes depends on the hour and the category.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact us as early as you can. We set out the terms for your booking when we send the quote.
How do airport pickups work?
You send the airline and flight number. We confirm the meeting point and pickup plan in writing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell us. We update the plan if we can and say how the delay changes the quote.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Pick a category by group size and luggage, or leave it open. We recommend one and confirm the actual vehicle in your quote.
Can I book a car seat for a child?
Mention it in the form with the child's age and weight. We reply with what we can arrange.
Can you accommodate accessibility needs?
Tell us what you need while you request a quote. We confirm what is possible before you book.
Do you take large groups?
Yes. The van category suits larger parties, and we can quote several vehicles for a big team.
Can you take me outside the GTA?
Yes. Longer runs are quoted individually. Send us the destination and date.
Can an assistant book for me?
Yes. Add your name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach you.
Are the vehicle pictures real?
No, they are category illustrations. The vehicle for your trip is named in your quote.
